At Mrigha, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products.

• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery.

• Products returned without prior communication or approval.

Natural Variations

Mrigha specializes in natural crystals and mineral specimens.

Each piece is unique. Natural variations in:

• color

• pattern

• inclusions

• texture

• shape

• weight

• size

are normal characteristics of genuine minerals and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are taken to represent the actual item or a representative piece, but slight differences may occur due to natural variation and screen settings.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number

• clear photographs of the item

• photographs of the packaging

• photographs of the shipping label (if applicable)

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• the wrong item was shipped, or

• the item arrived damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been packed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow the return process described above.
